RRR: Rajamouli wants Alia Bhatt in Ram Charan-Jr NTR film
A lot of speculations are being made about SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film RRR, starring Telugu superstars Ram Charan and Jr NTR. The film went on floors a few weeks ago but Rajamouli is still tight-lipped about the female leads and other cast members of the film.
However, rumours about the heroines of the film keep surfacing online. Last week, it was said that Parineeti Chopra is in talks with RRR makers for the heroine role. Now, Alia Bhatt is speculated to be the lead actress in the movie.
A popular entertainment website reported that SS Rajamouli has approached Alia through Karan Johar, who distributed Baahubali 2 in the north. The report further added that Karan Johar is a co-producer of RRR.
Alia Bhatt made her acting debut with Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year. She later acted in many acclaimed films like Highway and Udta Punjab.
In addition to Alia, Kaira Advani, who made her debut in Telugu with Bharat Ane Nenu is also reportedly in talks with RRR makers.
Prabhas’s Saaho and RRR are the next megabudget projects in Tollywood.
