Episode 6 – War is real

• Dronacharya arranges Grand exhibition of Kuru Princes skills in grand stadium with crowd witnessing it live. It was going to be the huge event.
• Dritarashta, Gandhari, Kunti, Vidura & Royal princes with Dronacharya, Evryone arrives in stadium with loud cheer from crowd.

• 1st mock fight happens between – Bheema with iron mace Vs Duryodhana with iron mace But as the fight begins, crowd gets divided into 2 parts, one who backing Bheema & other who backing Duryodhana. Soon the mock fight turns into real war.

• Drona notices this & asks his son Ashwatthama to stop this fight asap. With no final result, fight stops. Then Drona stands up & tells crowd, “Now I present you my favourite student, the greatest Archer in the world, Arjuna”.

• Arjuna showcasts his skills in front of crowd with different astras & archery.
• Crowd gets stunned by seeing Arjuna’s excellence & agrees that, he is truly greatest Archer. In between this, a bright & handsome young man walks into the stadium.

• He calls out Drona and says “Hey brave Guru, I’m KARNA & I can prove you that I’m better warrior and Archer than your favourite student Arjuna” KARNA’s confidence amazed everyone.

• Karna performs in front of the crowd & evryone including Drona realises that indeed he is better Archer than Arjuna.
• Arjuna gets jealous of him & meanwhile Drona strategically goes to Karna & asks him, “We Kurus, what can we do for you?”

• Karna replies, I want to challange Arjuna right now.
• Drona agrees & the combat between Karna & Arjuna begins with massive cheer from the crowd.

• In between this, Kunti faints in the stadium while watching the fight. Sudden illness to Kunti, why? Let’s go back to her past.
• As I told before, Kunti had a mantra to get a child by any god.

• During her teenage, she accidentally invokes this Mantra for SUN god & literally the sun god appears in front of her to give her a child.
• Kunti gets frightened & says him that “I don’t want any child, I accidentally invoked mantra, please leave.”
• MAHABHARATA Day 4 | Episode 4 – The Beginning of Pandavas vs Kauravas

• Sun god replies, “I know, you are not married yet but your virginity will still remain intact even after I give you the child. So don’t worry.”
• Kunti agrees & she gets a child. But he had stange physical appearance with ‘chest attired by armours & golden bright earings.’

• Stressed Kunti puts that child in the basket & leaves him in the river with tears in her eyes. Basket kept flowing in the river & somehow reached to Hastinapur.
• Where Adheerath (Charioteer) who was taking bath in the river, saw it. He takes child home & names him as KARNA.

• So this was the backstory. When KUNTI saw Karna in the stadium, she was shocked as she identified him. With all those emotions running in her mind, she fainted & fell off.

• When fight was on the verge to begin, Kripa (Arjuna’s previous teacher) went into the field.
• Asked both of the Arjuna & Karna about their lineage.
• But Karna felt quite humiliated as he wasn’t from Royal lineage.
• MAHABHARATA Day 3 | Episode 3 – Pandavas & Kauravas Arrival

• DURYODHANA who witnessed KARNA’s unparallel skills, gets angry on Kripa. He says, “KARNA’s skills & heroism is above any royal lineage criteria.
• In front of the whole crowd of Hastinapur, I announce him as the KING of Anga”

• Karna gets overwhelmed by the gesture of Duryodhana.
• Karna says, how can I repay you Duryodhana? Duryodhana replies, I only ask for your friendship, Karna.

• After this incident, an old man walks into the field.
• Suddenly Karna bows down to him as he was his father ADIRATH.
• His father starts kissing his forehead & gets overwhelmed.

• Pandavas were laughing seeing this. Bheema arrogantly says, “Hey Karna, you are the son of a poor charioteer, you don’t belong between us Royal Kurus & you don’t deserve death by Arjuna’s hands”

• Karna gets really hurt by this but didn’t give any reply.
• But Duryodhana fiercely replied, “Hey Bheema, you shut up! his heroism & skills are enough to prove his worth.
• Who are you to question his birth? We all know that, neither you nor your brothers are Kurus by birth !!”

• A horrible breathtaking verbal war happens between Kauravas & Pandavas.
• But meanwhile sun sets & Drona announces the closure of the field for the day’s event.

• Kunti feels relieved. Karna with his father & his new friend Duryodhana leaves the field discussing about the future of the Hastinapur.
